Terms of Service | Techionic Solutions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the websites, products, proprietary AI architecture, or interactive simulators provided by Techionic Solutions (including Apex Hospitality and Ascend Appointments), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Intellectual Property & Simulator Access

The interactive simulators, backend dashboards, Kanban pipelines, and AI routing logic displayed on our websites are proprietary assets of Techionic Solutions. Access is granted strictly for demonstration and evaluation purposes.

You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of our digital infrastructure or UI/UX design.
Access to locked simulators requires valid contact verification. We reserve the right to revoke simulator access at our discretion.

3. Discovery Session Deposit Policy

To ensure our engineering resources are dedicated exclusively to serious enterprise clients, we require a $10 USD Discovery Session Deposit to book a consultation with our lead architects. Please note the following terms regarding this payment:

Non-Refundable: The $10 deposit is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellation or failure to attend the scheduled session.
100% Credited: If you choose to proceed with a custom deployment, the full $10 deposit will be credited directly toward your final project invoice.

4. Limitation of Liability

Techionic Solutions builds robust, enterprise-grade software. However, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues resulting from your use of our websites, simulators, or ROI calculators. The ROI metrics displayed on our site are estimates based on standard industry leakage (e.g., 30% delivery app commissions) and do not constitute a financial guarantee.

5. Service Deployment

Any custom software, AI integration, or CRM deployment resulting from a Discovery Session will be governed by a separate, dedicated Master Service Agreement (MSA) signed between the client and Techionic Solutions.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to our operating jurisdiction in Karachi, Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
